Gerald has 17 years of training experience with adult learners on various topics for different industries. He has conducted more than 600 workshops on Personal Development topics, Soft Skills, Self-Management, Emotional Well-being and a variety of other areas for adult learners.

He has managed and been involved in various academic activities and implementation activities at Taylor’s University for 7 years, towards enhancing Emotional Wellbeing & Personal Development as a Life Skills Development Specialist. He also currently runs various programs for University Students and Educators.

Prior to education, Gerald had spent 7 years in the logistics and supply chain industry holding various roles in organizations such as APL-NOL Shipping, Kuehne +Nagel (M) Sdn Bhd, Flextronics Malaysia and Siemens Malaysia.

He has been actively passionate in empowering young people with relevant and necessary skills and tools to achieve their maximum potential in life. His expertise are in creating and developing customized programs that meet the needs of the trainees and learners based on specific and measurable learning outcomes with an average evaluation 9.2/10 for his training sessions.

His corporate clients include those from the service and hospitality industry, education, insurance, banking, finance, learning & development, entertainment & event management, GLC’s, waste management and human resources.
